The Broker
Gailmarie Bramlett has been a licensed California real estate professional since 1999 and holds broker license #01261738. Known locally as the real estate “Miracle Worker,” she founded The GM Group Real Estate, a Rimforest based brokerage, after years representing buyers and sellers throughout the mountain communities.
Gailmarie's family relocated to Running Springs when she was young, and she returned full-time to Lake Arrowhead in the early 1990s, where she raised her three sons through the local school system. She began her real estate career at Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty in Lake Arrowhead, later working as a broker associate with Compass California, Inc. and HMH Redlands, Inc. before earning her broker license in 2018 and launching The GM Group Real Estate, active as its own DBA since 2023.
She is one of only a handful of women on the mountain who own their own real estate office. Her Rimforest office at 26557 CA-18 is one of the first businesses travelers see driving up Highway 18 into the Lake Arrowhead area.
Gailmarie serves as Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee for the Rim of the World Unified School District and is a former board member of the San Bernardino County Assessor's Appeals Board. She is also active in local Community Animal Rescue efforts.
